The dn3900 hydraulic inlet butterfly valve of large hydropower station produced by bonasville valve group was successfully delivered today. On June 29, 2015, the dn3900 hydraulic inlet butterfly valve of Lincang Luozha River secondary hydropower station, a large hydropower project produced by bonasville valve group, was successfully delivered today after more than seven months of full production. Compared with other similar butterfly valves, the biggest feature of this hydropower station is that it has realized the hydraulic butterfly valve for water turbine inlet of circulating station in the industrial chain. compared with other similar butterfly valves, the hydraulic butterfly valve for water turbine inlet of the hydropower station has irreplaceable advantages:

1) it adopts a large eccentric structure, makes full use of the hydraulic self closing characteristics of the inlet valve, and ensures the reliability of valve closing under any working condition

2) the fluid energy of the accumulator drives the straight cylinder swing servomotor of the inlet valve to open or close the inlet valve, and the whole process of opening or closing the valve is controllable

3) PLC control is adopted, with simple circuit, reliable mutual cooperation, high clearance, complete communication interfaces, opening or closing the valve according to the preset program, and the interlocking program control between the turbine generator unit and the inlet valve and the microcomputer centralized control are simply realized

2) when the unit is shut down for standby, close the valve and cut off the water flow to prevent long-term water leakage of the water turbine guide vane, which can not only reduce the loss of water energy, but also prevent the gap cavitation at the end face and elevation of the guide vane, and prevent the unit from creeping

3) when the unit is shut down for maintenance, the valve shall be closed in still water to cut off the water flow, so as to facilitate the maintenance of the generator unit

4) the valve is also applicable to be arranged at the beginning of the Penstock at a high position as a penstock protection valve. In case of penstock burst, the valve will be closed in an emergency to cut off the water flow, prevent the expansion of the accident and ensure safety
